Are you putting your needs first this summer?

If you are looking for something fun, positive, creative and engaging to do this summer then take a look at our Put Yourself First This Summer programme.

The team here at Step Forward are offering 4 different exciting activities designed to support you to feel less stressed or anxious and more relaxed, happy and healthy this summer.

Each activity will be in small supportive groups and you can sign up for one or as many as you want.

Challenge and Grow is aimed at 14-18 year olds and will run over 2 consecutive Mondays 14th and 21st August and will include a trip to Hampstead Heath and Kayaking.

What’s Your Story? is an all-day creative activity where you get to make and take home your own artwork and is aimed at 16-21 year olds and includes a trip to an Art Exhibition.

Mindfulness Summer Retreat is aimed at young people aged 14-21 who have already completed one of our Introduction To Mindfulness courses.

Conscious cooking: Noticing and Nourishing is a cooking and wellbeing session for 14-21 year olds who would like to learn how to nourish their mind and body.
