PAYP (Positive Activities for Young People) is a holiday programme we’ve been running for years and we’ve had so much success in the past that we’re bringing it back this holiday.

We have a fantastic programme of activities planned which includes cookery workshops, arts and crafts, sports in the park, and days out. Expect to have fun, laugh, meet some great people and learn a lot. We provide a safe and supportive space for young people to meet each other, especially those who find it difficult to speak up and be confident in big groups. We’ll also be focusing on emotional wellbeing by looking at ways of dealing with stress and anger, and we’ll be looking at what it means to have a positive self-image.

The programme runs from Monday 2nd to Friday 13th April, not including the weekend and the bank holidays either side. Each day our team will have a different set of activities planned and will also have time set aside for one-to-one chats about your own goals and development.

If you’re aged between 11 and 19 and you’d like to come along then call Step Forward on 020 7739 3082 or come on Monday before 10am to sign up and meet Solyma, who will be running the programme.
