Payroll Giving

Payroll giving is the most tax efficient way to give. Donating before you’re taxed means that money that would have gone to the Inland Revenue goes directly to the Step Forward.
Ask your employer about setting up a donation from your salary – there’s more information for them at www.gov.uk/payroll-giving

Information for companies

Payroll giving enables employers to ensure their staff can donate efficiently and directly through their salary and it’s easy to set up. If your company doesn’t have a payroll giving scheme, get your payroll department to talk to a Government approved agency, such as the Charities Aid Foundation.
