[flickr id=”6875007011″ thumbnail=”small” overlay=”true” size=”small” group=”” align=”none”] This weekend we a running the Barclays Money Skills Champions training programme. This is aimed at young people (16-25) who want to improve their knowledge about money issues as well as gain peer education skills.

You don’t need to be an expert in managing money to sign up for our course; you just need to be interested in learning and enthusiastic about helping others!

Our supportive training programme will give you all the knowledge and information you need to be a Money Skills Champion. The training will take place on 18th and 19th February and you will need to attend both training days.

Taking part will help build you skills and confidence and give you all the resources you will need. We will support you to use your knowledge to talk to other young people about looking after their money.

We will be offering High Street Vouchers to say thanks to all young people who complete our programme.

If you are interested in becoming a Barclays Money Skills Champion, you can download
a Peer Educator Application Form.
